Based on my family’s recipes and culture, this menu was designed for an imagined restaurant that highlights the unifying presence of our history in dairy farming. While the pattern on the inside of the cover is not representative of real cow hide, I designed it to be recognizable as cow print for more effective visual communication. The cover and insert photos were provided by a relative.
